Since May 6th, 2014, we have been dedicated to creating meaningful change. Originally known as the Rotaract Club of Meghnad Saha, we evolved into the Resilient Club of Meghnad Saha in 2023, embracing independence while continuing our mission with unwavering determination.
With the support of our college and external sponsorship, we have expanded our reach, organizing impactful community service initiatives, donation drives, and awareness campaigns. Resilience is at our core, and with it, we continue to empower, uplift, and drive change.

"RCMSIT wasn’t just something I joined—it became a journey that completely transformed me. I stepped in as a member in my 2nd year, not really knowing what to expect. But somewhere between the events, the madness, and the memories, it turned into a place that felt like home. What started with learning the basics soon became about taking responsibility, leading people, and believing in myself a little more every day. By the time I reached my 4th year and had the honor of serving as President, RCMSIT had already given me more than I could’ve imagined—confidence, leadership, and a family that always had my back. This club has a way of turning chaos into magic. From handling last-minute crises to pulling off events that seemed impossible, every moment was a lesson disguised as an adventure. And yes, beyond the social impact we aimed to create, it also worked on us—shaping our personalities, pushing our limits, and helping us grow into better versions of ourselves. Looking back, joining RCMSIT in my 2nd year was one of the best decisions of my college life—but leading it in my 4th year? That was truly special. Forever grateful for the journey, the people, and the growth. RCMSIT will always be a part of who I am. ❤️"
